Offecct’s stand for Stockholm Furniture Fair 2020 has been created by Staffan Holm, one of Sweden’s best-known designers, who was recently named Designer of the Year in Residence Magazine’s Stora Formpris Award. With warm materials and Japanese influences, Staffan has designed a place for inspiring meetings, which will serve as a calm oasis what is otherwise a hectic environment at the fair.
Since Offecct became a part of Norway-based corporation Flokk, the design-oriented company has been given new opportunities to evolve. The new setup was finalised in August this year, with Maria Olofsson Karemyr as Brand Manager and Tobias Strålman as Design Lead. Together they will continue to develop products with a high degree of innovation on the planet’s terms.
From May 6, 2019, Anders Englund will continue to work with OFFECCT’s strategic design work, now within the framework of the Flokk Design Council.
The Jin chair garnered a great deal of attention when it, as a prototype under development in Offecct Lab, was exhibited at the Salone del Mobile in Milan in 2017. Now it is part of Offecct's range presented in biobased Flax Fibre, and an upholstered version is being planned 2018.
The design team Daniel Debiasi & Federico Sandri divide their time between their studios in Verona and Bolzano. From 2018, they also belong to Offecct's circle of new designers who add new thoughts to the furniture of the future. Their first project for Offecct is an exceptionally flexible armchair named Shift.

Besides being comfortable to sit in, Jacket has a highly pronounced mission.
Dune, designed by pioneering Swedish design studio Front, offers an exciting new response to the constantly changing needs of our work places and public spaces. Dune has been developed for the spheres where the need for informal meetings intersects with the demand for relaxed seating.
Stockholm based architect and designer Mattias Stenberg continues his collaboration with Offecct. Following the success of Carry On, a soft stool in different colors featuring a carrying handle, and the On Point table incorporating the possibility to carry a foliage, it is now time for the Move On stool.
Surf is moved around easily, yet it is no “furniture” according to the designer, rather “a tool for achieving maximum flexibility in activity-based venues.” Whether there is a computer or a couple of cups of coffee sitting on top of it. The light table blends well into Offecct's Life-circle philosophy.
On Thursday evening, Offecct was awarded the Industripriset Skaraborg 2017. The jury’s motivation praised Offecct’s circular economy business model and its work to reduce material consumption and to reuse components and products. The prize is awarded to a production company in the Skaraborg region that has grown and progressed through systematic actions carried out with strong commitment .

Swedish furniture and design company Offecct makes a new start in Stockholm and moves from the modern Flat Iron Building on Torsgatan to a historical station building at Lilla Bantorget 11. Here a meeting arena is created where Offeccts contemporary design meets 19th century architecture.

After several successful collaborations between French designer Christophe Pillet and Offecct, the new sofa and easy chair Avignon offer missing pieces in an ongoing effort to map out the borderland between the domestic sphere and the contract world.
In 2014 Christophe Pillet and Offecct launched the comfortable and timeless collection Ezy. Originally designed for the famous Pullman Paris Eiffel Tour Hotel, the collection is now supplemented with a new easy chair.

The concept for Neri & Hu’s Hanger is to create a new kind of furniture for people who like to hang their garments and accessories out in the open in a room, in plain sight, rather than concealed in a closet or wardrobe. It is a sign of respect for the garments, but also motivated by hygienic reasons — to air the garments out after a day’s wear in, for example, a hotel room.
